As a DSP, you’ll support adults with developmental disabilities through hands-on assistance, community outings, skill-building activities, and meaningful daily experiences that promote independence and personal growth.

Support individuals in a center-based day program
Teach life, social, and adaptive skills
Assist with recreational and community activities
Help individuals achieve personal goals

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Valid NYS Driver’s License with approved driving record
Human services or caregiving experience preferred
