Day Porter

English or Spanish, Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm , A driver's license is required.
Duties:
- Keep lobbies clean, to include glass at entry doors.
- Keep open seating areas clean.
- Keep restrooms clean.
- Restock supplies in restrooms as necessary along with kitchen/coffee stations & breakrooms.
- Maintain elevators, elevators landings and stairwells clean.
- Clean, re-stock cafeteria supplies, take out the trash and reset chairs and tables in the kitchen, cafeteria, and/or break rooms (particularly before and after busy times).
- Clean tables, take out the trash, reset chairs in the conference rooms before VIP visitors and after meetings, upon request.
- Perform pressure washing duties and leaf blowing, if applicable (male porter).
- Police and maintain external areas, if applicable.
- Respond to spills and other cleaning emergencies.
- Remove or warn of safety hazards, such as objects in the way of pedestrians or wet floors.
- Remove trash and debris from all entrances.
- Perform all of these duties, and/or additional agreed-upon duties as needed.
- Team member will perform duties in numerous buildings as assigned (if applicable).
