Day Porter - The Woodlands

Global Maintenance Services is hiring a full-time Day Porter for a 6-story Class A office building on Grogans Mill Rd in The Woodlands, TX 77380.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Start: January 2027

This is a steady, full-time position at one building. You will work alongside the building engineering team and keep the outside of the property looking sharp.

What you will do:

- Keep entrances, sidewalks, parking garage and grounds clean and free of trash

- Empty outdoor trash cans and police the parking garage

- Pressure wash the garage, walkways and entries

- Clean exterior and ground-floor glass

- Support the building engineers with setups, moves and light tasks

- Help the day maid with lobby, cafe and restroom checks during peak times

- Report any building issues right away to your supervisor
