Day Program Direct Support Professionals

Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking professional, compassionate Direct Support Professionals who are enthusiastic about making a positive difference in the lives of our patients in our Day Program.

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Non Probationary Driver's License in the State of NJ with a good driver's history
Criminal Background Check/Pre-employment drug screening
Direct Support staff will not be listed on the Central Registry
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Creativity and problem solving ability
One year experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities preferred
