Day Program Manager
Summary
Oversees daily operations of a day program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at the Sewell, NJ site — managing staff, staying organized across multiple tasks, and stepping in for the Director when absent. Key tools include Therap, Microsoft Outlook, and Airtable, with familiarity in NJ DDD regulations.
Heart to Heart is a leading provider of services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We are currently hiring a Day Program Manager for our Sewell, NJ location. Candidates should be familiar with NJ DDD regulations and be familiar with the daily operations of the Day Program. Candidates should also be very organized, able to multi task, be the go to person in the absence of the Director and have experience managing staff and individuals on a daily basis.
- Non Probationary Driver's License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two (2) years experience working with Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
- Two (2) years of management experience
- Experience with Therap, Microsoft Outlook, Airtable (preferred)
