What You Will Do

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate our local team of field LPNs and CNAs.

Conduct client supervisory visits and initial clinical assessments within your designated territory.

Collaborate with families and clinical leadership to design, implement, and update personalized care plans.

Ensure precise, state-compliant clinical documentation and adherence to company standards.
What We’re Looking For

Valid, unencumbered LPN or RN license in the State of Alabama.

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (required to drive the company vehicle).
