Position Overview

Help make a mountain day memorable for our youngest guests! As a Daycare Teacher Assistant, you’ll support our teachers in creating a safe, welcoming, and fun environment where children can learn, play, and enjoy their time at Mt. Hood Meadows. You’ll be part of a caring team that helps families feel confident leaving their children in our care.

You’ll assist with the daily supervision and activities of children, help teachers implement age-appropriate activities, and keep our indoor and outdoor spaces clean, organized, and safe. You’ll work with children of different ages and abilities while learning from experienced teachers and supporting the needs of the group throughout the day.

No formal teaching experience required; just a genuine love for children, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to thrive in the unique rhythm of our mountain-based daycare. Whether you’re exploring a future career working with kids or simply looking for a rewarding seasonal job, you’ll be an important part of creating a positive experience for our guests and their families.
