Dayforce HR Systems Analyst

Summary

Owns and optimizes the Dayforce HRMS for a Perth-based aged care and community services provider, configuring the system, ensuring data integrity, and translating HR data into actionable insights.

I'm recruiting on behalf of a Perth-based aged care and community services organisation for an HR Systems Analyst to take ownership of their Dayforce HR Management System (HRMS).
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who genuinely enjoys the design, configuration and optimisation side of HR systems work — shaping how the platform is used, partnering with stakeholders across the business, and turning system data into decisions that matter.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting the configuration and optimisation of the HRMS, ensuring alignment with business needs, compliance obligations and best practice
  • Ensuring support issues are resolved promptly, minimising disruption to HR, Payroll and operational teams
  • Analysing, diagnosing and resolving complex HRMS issues, and advising on system functionality, limitations and improvements
  • Ensuring data integrity, system accuracy and alignment with legislative, industrial and organisational requirements
  • Interpreting system outputs and data to support accurate reporting, decision-making and business insights
  • Coordinating system upgrades, enhancements and releases, including test strategy and implementation readiness
  • Providing coaching and guidance to stakeholders on HRMS processes, limitations and system changes
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS/HRMS administration, configuration or support — experience with Dayforce preferred
  • High level of initiative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems independently and communicate complex information clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and accuracy
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
  • Previous experience in a large, complex not-for-profit organisation is advantageous
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, IT or a related field is preferred
What's On Offer
  • Full-time position based in West Perth
  • A high-autonomy role with genuine scope to shape HR systems practice across the organisation
  • The opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation making a real difference in the community
If you're an HR Systems Analyst who thrives on autonomy, problem-solving and partnering with stakeholders to get the most out of Dayforce, I'd love to hear from you.
