Dayforce HR Systems Analyst
Summary
Owns and optimizes the Dayforce HRMS for a Perth-based aged care and community services provider, configuring the system, ensuring data integrity, and translating HR data into actionable insights.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who genuinely enjoys the design, configuration and optimisation side of HR systems work — shaping how the platform is used, partnering with stakeholders across the business, and turning system data into decisions that matter.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the configuration and optimisation of the HRMS, ensuring alignment with business needs, compliance obligations and best practice
- Ensuring support issues are resolved promptly, minimising disruption to HR, Payroll and operational teams
- Analysing, diagnosing and resolving complex HRMS issues, and advising on system functionality, limitations and improvements
- Ensuring data integrity, system accuracy and alignment with legislative, industrial and organisational requirements
- Interpreting system outputs and data to support accurate reporting, decision-making and business insights
- Coordinating system upgrades, enhancements and releases, including test strategy and implementation readiness
- Providing coaching and guidance to stakeholders on HRMS processes, limitations and system changes
- Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS/HRMS administration, configuration or support — experience with Dayforce preferred
- High level of initiative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems independently and communicate complex information clearly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and accuracy
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- Previous experience in a large, complex not-for-profit organisation is advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in HR, IT or a related field is preferred
- Full-time position based in West Perth
