About the Job As a daytime baker, you will be an essential part of our bakery production, ensuring that our locations and customers receive freshly baked bread and pastries throughout the day. You will be working in a fast-moving and international bakery, where teamwork and quality go hand in hand. Your main responsibilities: • Preparing and baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to W&K’s recipes and standards • Managing proofing, shaping, and oven baking to ensure consistent quality • Keeping the bakery clean, organized, and running efficiently • Following high standards of hygiene and food safety • Collaborating with the bakery team to meet production schedules and maintain a smooth workflow As part of the day shift team, you will work closely with other bakers in a high-energy environment, where coordination and teamwork are key.
