ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor swimming pool activities and maintain a safe aquatic environment.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
- Enforce pool safety rules and YMCA policies.
- Conduct pool area inspections and safety checks.
- Perform routine water testing and document results.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Attend required trainings and in-service sessions.
- Support a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
- Perform additional functions as assigned
