DBA (Aurora PostgreSQL)
Project overview
The project focuses on migrating a database environment from Azure SQL to Aurora PostgreSQL for a major investment management client. You will design and implement the transformation of system-versioned tables into a PostgreSQL-based history pattern, define schema standards, support bulk data migration and validation, and help establish secure and scalable database operations in AWS.
In addition to migration activities, you will be responsible for performance tuning, automation, access control, encryption, and supporting the data pipeline to Snowflake.
