Right now, we are looking for a DBA SQL Server for a client on our Talent Team, based in Cacém.
Your responsibilities include:
- Administer and maintain SQL Server database environments across on-premises and Azure infrastructures;
- Monitor database performance, availability, backup, recovery, and maintenance activities;
- Manage database security, upgrades, migrations, and high availability solutions;
- Optimize database performance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and query tuning;
- Support development, testing, and production environments, ensuring reliability and best practices;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
You must have:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in SQL Server Database Administration;
- Solid experience administering Microsoft SQL Server databases;
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure environments;
- Experience with database performance monitoring, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
