Summary
Handles customer queries, tracks inventory issues, and coordinates with teams to resolve logistics and retail problems in a distribution center.
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer and store queries.
- Respond to email and telephonic enquiries within agreed service levels.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Capture and maintain accurate records of all queries.
- Follow up on outstanding cases and provide regular feedback.
- Escalate unresolved issues where necessary.
- Prepare reports on query trends and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 1–2 years' customer service, administration, or call centre experience.
- Experience within a Distribution Centre, logistics, or retail environment will be advantageous.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously.
