The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and implementing projects for the software system (Emphasys) that supports the Housing Finance and Development Division’s database platform. The EPM will onboard the software for 3 teams within 1 division. Onboarding is ~60% to 70% complete, and we need the final implementation stage, including testing and close-out, for 3 m…
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the onboarding of the software
* Develop and track a project plan, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
* Coordinate teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities, including internal team meetings and weekly meetings with the vendor (Emphasys)
* Ensure projects comply with federal, state, and local housing finance regulations and program requirements
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
* Serve as primary liaison between internal and external departments, staff, leadership, vendors, consultants, and external partners
