DCP-NPDI Project Manager(Global)-XA
Summary
Oversee global new product development projects for data-center cooling systems, coordinating R&D, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to deliver hardware on time.
Project Manager (PM) Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of New Product Development Introduction (NPDI) projects.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and drive timely completion of project tasks and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to local and global stakeholders and management teams.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, product development, or a related area; familiarity with NPI/NPDI development processes is required.
- PMP certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, issue management, and other core project management practices.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively drive cross-functional teams toward project goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset for identifying issues and driving continuous improvement.
- CET-6 or above, with the ability to communicate effectively in English for daily business interactions, meeting facilitation, and management presentations.
- Proficient in project management and business tools, including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
- Experience in power supply, data center, or liquid cooling industries is highly preferred.
- International education, overseas work experience, or experience collaborating with global teams is highly desirable.
