DCP-Test&Validation Engineer(Global)-Xian
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Assessment & Design Review — Lead reliability, EMC, and safety compliance assessments for liquid cooling products, and conduct design-phase compliance reviews to ensure conformance with UL/IEC/EN standards.
- Standards Development & Certification — Act as the primary interface with UL, IEC, TÜV, and other certification bodies to participate in and drive the development and implementation of liquid cooling industry standards.
- Test Case Development — Develop comprehensive test plans and acceptance criteria covering environmental, leak, EMC, safety, and reliability accelerated life testing (ALT/HALT).
- Global Collaboration — Work with global cross-functional teams, coordinate with overseas laboratories, and support worldwide product certification (CE, UL, CCC, KC, etc.).
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Automation, Materials Science, or Fluid Mechanics
- 5+ years of experience in testing, validation, and compliance certification of liquid cooling systems, power electronics, power supplies, or data center infrastructure products
- Strong expertise in EMC, safety (UL/IEC/EN), and environmental reliability standards
- Proficient in performance, reliability, thermal, leak, and environmental testing methodologies; skilled common electrical test equipment
- Excellent analytical problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
Preferred
- Experience with data center liquid cooling and/or AI server liquid cooling
