✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Debriefing drivers at the end of their shifts and reviewing journey paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Inputting information into spreadsheets, transport systems, and operational reporting tools
• Downloading and processing tachograph information and updating driver records
• Completing yard checks and reviewing vehicle and trailer documentation
• Supporting Shift Managers with operational administration, communications, reports, and day-to-day transport activities

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have administration experience, ideally within a transport, logistics, or operational environment
• Are confident using Excel and other systems to manage and maintain accurate information
• Have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with data and documentation
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with drivers, managers, and colleagues
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
