職責
The purpose of this role is to support DHL Supply Chain Taiwan in implementing and executing people strategies across Southern Taiwan operations. This position serves as a trusted HR Business Partner for business leaders and employees, driving employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employment relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
The role will support multiple sites across south of Taiwan and work closely with operations leaders to achieve business objectives through effective people solutions.
