loane Automotive Group, with their main accounting office located in Glenside, is now accepting applications for a Car Deal Bookkeeper (Automotive Biller).

• This positon requires at least one year of accounting experience, and automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred.

Duties :

• Preparing and posting journal entries
• Reconciliation of vendor statements
• Reconciliation of accounting schedules and accounts
• Preparation of weekly/monthly sales commissions
• Checking car deal paperwork for compliance
• Maintenance of vehicle inventory accounting
• General bookkeeping
• Provide administrative assistance for Office Manager and other office staff as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage one's own time.
• Bookkeeping experience preferred.
