Deal Operations Analyst

Your impact
We're looking for a new team member to help us support Sales Organization with everything from quotes and opportunities to account and order administration. In this role, you will work closely with a multitude of internal teams to handle the day-to-day requests for quote, opportunity and account administration and data maintenance. The candidate will be a good team player who is highly organized, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move quickly while staying focused on high volume work.

What you'll do
Help Sales with quotes, opportunities, bookings, account updates and other day-to-day requests.
Review quotes and booking documents to make sure they’re accurate and meet our requirements.
Investigate Salesforce/CPQ issues, find the root cause and help Sales resolve them quickly.
Keep account and opportunity data accurate by researching, updating and correcting records where needed.
Work with Sales Operations, Partner Operations, Order Management and Finance to resolve order and booking issues.
Help Sales get the most out of our systems and processes by answering questions and providing guidance or training when needed.
Support month-, quarter- and year-end activities, including checking transactions and reconciling booking and revenue data.
Minimum requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent practical experience.
1–2 years of experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, ideally supporting business users.
Experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Quote-to-Cash or a similar role, preferably within a software or SaaS company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical approach to investigating and fixing issues, including process improvements
Good attention to detail - you’ll be working with data, quotes and transactions where accuracy really matters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to compose effective and accurate correspondence cross-functionally with various internal and external parties
The ability to stay organised and focused when priorities change and volumes are high, especially around month- and quarter-end.
Nice to have
Experience with Cisco’s quoting tools (CCW) or another enterprise CPQ platform.
