We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Automotive Valet & Customer Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department in Cheektowaga!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, driving, and being part of a team that keeps the dealership running smoothly. In this role, you will help create a welcoming experience for our service customers while assisting with vehicle movement, customer transportation, and support the daily operations of our Service Department.

What You'll Do

• Welcome Our Customers: Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive, provide directions, and help ensure a smooth check-in experience.
• Move Customer Vehicles: Safely park, retrieve, stage, and transport customer vehicles throughout the dealership.
• Provide Shuttle Service: Safely transport customers to and from the dealership as needed, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner while representing the Basil Family Dealerships brand.
• Support Daily Service Operations: Assist Service Advisors and other team members with vehicle staging, errands, and general departmental needs.
• Maintain a Clean Environment: Help keep the service drive, parking areas, and shuttle vehicle clean, organized, and presentable.
• Work as a Team: Help create a positive customer experience by supporting the Service Department wherever needed.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Safe, responsible driving habits and the ability to operate vehicles in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Friendly, professional attitude and a willingness to help others.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Previous experience in a dealership, customer service, valet, or shuttle driving role is a plus, but not required.
