Nanyang Instituteof Management is seeking a visionary Dean for the School of Applied AI to leadour academic programs, drive curriculum innovation, and build strategicindustry partnerships in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead academic vision: Shape the strategy for the School of Applied AI.
• Design future-ready curriculum: Develop industry-aligned AI courses and degrees.
• Foster industry partnerships: Build strong ties with tech companies for student placements.
• Manage academic talent: Recruit, mentor, and support high-performing faculty members.
• Drive student success: Ensure high engagement, retention, and employment outcomes.
• Any other ad hoc duties

Key Requirements

• Advanced degree: Ph.D. or Master’s in AI, Computer Science, or related field.
• Academic leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education management.
• Industry connection: Deep understanding of current AI trends and industry applications.
• Collaborative mindset: Proven track record of building cross-functional partnerships.
