Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly site visits to debtors to assess and resolve outstanding accounts
- Initiate phone calls and send SMS messages to debtors to communicate payment expectations and negotiate settlements
- Perform daily follow-ups and escalate assigned cases promptly to ensure effective debt recovery
- Report case progress and outcomes regularly to the manager
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess own transport, preferably a motorcycle, to facilitate site visits
- Willingness to undergo training provided by the company
