Deburr Operator

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform manual deburring and edge finishing on machined parts using handtools, files and pneumatic tools

· Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections without altering part dimensions

· Polish parts, wash and clean parts after polishing to meet quality standards.

· Ensure surface finish meets visual and functional requirements

Job Requirements

· Experience in manufacturing,machining, or metal parts handling preferred

· Able to perform manualwork for extended periods

· Good eye for detail and consistency

· Able to follow work instructions and QC standards
