Deburr Technician- 1st shift
DEBURR TECHNICIAN
SHIFT: 1st shift- 7:00am - 3:30pm
PAY RANGE: $19 - $19.50 with three scheduled increases the first year
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under moderate department leadership supervision, this career track spans from entry-level
- Removes sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections from metal or plastic parts using hand tools (files, scrapers), power tools (grinders, sanders), or specialized machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine the required specifications for each job.
- Ensure production quotas are met
- Inspect and measure finished products for quality and accuracy
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing metals deburr experience
