Decatur - Auto Rental Manager - Full-time

Position Summary

Long-Lewis is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Auto Rental Manager to lead our rental team! As the main point of contact between the dealership and our rental customers, you'll help every customer find the right vehicle and leave with a great experience. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact between the dealership and rental customers.
• Calls and Inquiries: Respond to customer calls and inquiries, understand each customer's needs, and secure reservation commitments.
• Team Leadership: Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
• Goals and Strategy: Develop and carry out sound strategies to meet customer satisfaction goals and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Some post-high school education or training
• At least 1 year of experience in auto rental, customer service, or sales is required
• Pleasant, courteous personality with a positive attitude and professional appearance
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Good computer and phone skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
