Position Description:

We are seeking a Stibo STEP Developer with 3+ years of experience to develop and support master data management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with STEP configuration, JavaScript business rules, workflows, and integrations. Key Responsibilities :

Design, configure, and maintain data models in Stibo STEP, including object types, attributes, lists of values, hierarchies, and references. Develop and maintain business rules, validations, and automated actions using JavaScript and STEP APIs. Configure workflows for data creation, enrichment, review, approval, and publication. Build and support inbound and outbound integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, XML, JSON, CSV, and other data exchange formats. Configure STEP Web UI screens and support role-based access requirements. Troubleshoot data, workflow, business rule, and integration issues; identify root causes and implement fixes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, and integration teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Create technical documentation, test cases, and deployment instructions. Participate in code reviews, testing, releases, and production support. Recommend improvements to data quality, system performance, and development practices.

Additional Information:

Experience with product information management (PIM), customer MDM, or supplier MDM. Familiarity with SQL and relational databases. Experience with middleware or ETL tools such as Boomi, Informatica, or MuleSoft. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices. Experience with Java or custom extensions, where relevant to the implementation. Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldor equivalent practical experience.
