Decoration Sales Assistant

About the role

We are currently looking for a HOME DECOR SALES ASSOCIATE for our store in Lanzarote. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for:

What you'll do

- Advising, assisting, and selling to customers.

- Restocking the department.

- Resolving incidents.

- Maintaining the department in optimal condition in terms of presentation and appearance.

- Ensuring an adequate product presence in the department.

- Managing day-to-day offers and promotions.

- Achieving the budgeted sales targets.

- Providing general support to the store.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with the right training and a clear customer focus, who is resourceful and demonstrates friendliness, empathy, and a positive attitude. We value a conversational level of English (B1).

We will also favorably consider previous experience in the retail sector or in large-format distribution. Good presentation and clear diction are essential, along with skills such as customer service, dynamism, perseverance, negotiation ability, and organizational skills.

Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as established by the regional government is essential, always respecting the weekly rest day set out in the large-format retail collective bargaining agreement.
