Dedicated CDL-A Driver | $93K–$104K | Regional Store Deliveries

We’re hiring solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Joliet, Illinois. Drivers run regional routes with weekly home time and strong earning potential. This is a hands-on driving job that involves unloading dry freight using rollers.

Pay:

• Average: $1,800 per week ($93,600 annually)
• Top earners: $2,000 per week ($104,000 annually)
• Mileage pay
• Unload pay
• Backhaul pay

Schedule:

• Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
• Days off are usually Saturday and Sunday or Sunday and Monday
• Schedule may be Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on location
• Approximately 970 miles per week

Job Details:

• Dedicated Dollar Tree account
• Solo driving position
• Around 3 turns per week
• Approximately 3–5 stops per load
• Hand-unload dry freight using rollers
• Deliveries across Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, and northern Kentucky
• Company sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
• 53-foot dry van trailers
• Drivers may take trucks home if parking is safe and secure

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
