We are actively hiring dependable Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated local food distribution account. Run consistent daily routes from Fort Morgan to Commerce City, Colorado, earn reliable weekly pay, and return home to your family every single night.
Pay & Bonuses
- Weekly Earnings: ~$1,538.46 per week
- Yearly Earnings: $80,000 per year
- Per-Mile Rate: $0.63 – $0.67 per mile
- Activity Pay: $29.00 per stop + $5.00 per load
- Additional Hourly/Daily Rates:
- New Hire Training / Holiday Pay: $200.00 per day
- Breakdown, Trailer Moves & Trailer Washouts: $15.00 per hour
- Safety Training: $20.00 per hour

Schedule & Home Time
- Home Time: Home daily every single night
- Operating Area: Local routes operating within a 300-mile radius of Denver, Colorado
Routes, Freight & Equipment Details
- Account Type: Dedicated food distribution (Cargill Meat account)
- Route: Hauling reefer trailers with pallets of frozen meat from the distribution center in Fort Morgan, Colorado to a drop yard in Commerce City, Colorado.
- Freight Handling (Labor Intensive):
- Unload palletized meat to freezers at customer site using a dolly, electric pallet jack, and liftgates.
- Boxes average 10–85 lbs (must be willing and able to lift up to 85 lbs as needed).
- High level of customer service required due to frequent customer interactions.
- Equipment: Automatic day cabs (slip seating required; trucks remain at the account for time off).
- Onboarding & Support: Onboarding and training take place in Denver, Colorado (driver may assist other dedicated accounts as needed).

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- No SAP Drivers
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical card
- Able to work weekends
