Dedicated Regional Route with Weekly Home Time | CDL A Driver Requiref

We are actively hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account delivering refrigerated freight from Fort Morgan, Colorado. Secure consistent weekly miles across dedicated routes, take advantage of a limited-time sign-on bonus, and get home to your family every single week.

Pay & Bonuses

• Weekly Earnings: ~$1,596.15 per week
• Yearly Earnings: $83,000 per year
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 bonus plan
• Per-Mile Rate: $0.580 – $0.620 per mile
• Activity Pay: $29.00 per stop + $5.00 per load
• Additional Hourly/Daily Rates:
• • New Hire Training / Holiday Pay: $200.00 per day
  • Breakdown, Detention, Trailer Moves & Washouts: $15.00 per hour

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Guaranteed weekly home time
• Operating Area: Regional lanes covering Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, and Idaho (primary routes run to Nebraska)

Routes, Freight & Equipment Details

• Account Type: Dedicated food distribution (Cargill Meat account)
• Route: Delivering palletized cases of boxed meats in reefer trailers from the distribution center in Fort Morgan, Colorado to customer locations across the 6-state region.
• Freight Handling (Labor Intensive):
• • Mix of 40% dock deliveries and 60% manual unloads using electric pallet jacks and dollies.
  • Drivers break down pallets at receivers and verify order accuracy.
  • Boxes weigh an average of 50–85 lbs (up to 600 cases per trailer); must be able to lift 50–85 lbs multiple times daily.
• Equipment & Operations: Assigned automatic sleeper trucks (trucks remain at the account during home time).
• Weather Requirement: Must be willing and able to chain tires as weather conditions dictate.
• Onboarding: Onboarding and initial training take place in Denver, Colorado (driver may assist other dedicated accounts as needed).

Requirements

• License: Valid Class A CDL
• Physical Ability: Comfortable handling physical unloads (lifting 50–85 lbs repeatedly)
• Clean driving record & valid DOT Medical Card
