- Build reliable, secure, and well-tested services and user interfaces.
- Design cohesive system architecture across database, server, and client.
- Partner with PM, UX, and QA to own the full lifecycle of each feature.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the entire stack.
- Ensure our software scales to tens of millions of users.
- Design APIs and data schemas with medical domain experts, including AI model inputs and outputs.
- Build AI-assisted workflows that bring LLMs and agents into clinical and operational processes.
- Deploy and operate services using cloud-native tooling.
- Troubleshoot full-stack issues, from database to UI.
- Review peer code and uphold strong test coverage.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and technical knowledge sharing.
