We are currently seeking a Defect Manager to lead defect governance and drive resolution activities across a large-scale, technology-driven infrastructure transformation programs

Skills and Experience

• Defect Manager background
• Jira experience
• QMetry experience
• Experience managing defect metrics including defect ageing, leakage, reopen rates,
• resolution timelines, and severity distribution.
• Excel experience
• Power BI experience
• Experience within infrastructure, network, data centre migration, cloud, platform or technology uplift programs
• Experience in advanced reporting and data analysis using Jira dashboards, Excel, Power BI tools
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
