DeFi Algorithmic Trader

You research on-chain protocols and run data-driven experiments to improve understanding of decentralized finance. You develop trading and analysis tools across multiple codebases and languages, investigate protocol microstructure and design mechanisms, and work with blockchain systems, EVM mechanics, smart contracts, and the Foundry toolkit.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Rust or Python
• Comfort working in Linux environments
• Git version-control experience
• Programmatic statistical-analysis experience
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• High-level understanding of high-frequency market-making strategies
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and EVM mechanics
• Familiarity with smart-contract development
• Familiarity with the Foundry toolkit
• Passion for learning about protocol microstructure and design mechanisms
