Delfina Doula
You will provide virtual health coaching and support to pregnant patients and new mothers throughout pregnancy and the postpartum journey. You will deliver one-to-one and group education, work with the Care Delivery manager on weekly engagement and coaching protocols, encourage participation, and help patients follow recommended care and tracking protocols.
Responsibilities
- Execute weekly patient engagement and coaching protocols with the Care Delivery manager
- Ensure engagement and participation among pregnant patients and new mothers
- Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking requirements
Requirements
- Hold a DONA, ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certification
- Be licensed to practice as a doula in Maryland or the District of Columbia
- Be registered in Maryland Medicaid ePrep or the District of Columbia Medicaid system
- Have strong communication and conversational skills
- Have experience with web and mobile technologies
- Be fluent in English
- Have experience in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care
- Spanish fluency is highly preferred
- Telehealth experience is a plus
- Have unrestricted and independent authorization to work in the United States
