Delfina Doula

You will provide virtual health coaching and education to pregnant patients and new mothers throughout pregnancy and postpartum. You will work with the Care Delivery manager to carry out weekly engagement and coaching protocols, encourage participation, and help patients follow recommended care and tracking protocols.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Care Delivery manager to execute weekly patient-engagement and coaching protocols
• Ensure engagement and participation among pregnant patients and new mothers
• Ensure patients adhere to recommended care and tracking protocols

Requirements

• Hold a DONA, ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certification
• Demonstrate strong communication and conversational skills
• Have experience with web and mobile technologies
• Be fluent in English
• Demonstrate experience in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support
• Have unrestricted and independent authorization to work in the United States
