Deli/Bakery Manager

As our Deli/Bakery Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the department while working alongside your team to provide fresh, quality products and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, motivate, train, and develop department team members.
• Create a positive, respectful, and productive team environment.
• Oversee daily department operations, including inventory, ordering, production, merchandising, and scheduling.
• Ensure fresh, appealing products and excellent customer service.
• Maintain department cleanliness, food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Monitor department sales, expenses, and productivity.
• Encourage teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Previous deli/bakery leadership experience or management/supervisory experience in retail, grocery, or food service.
• Knowledge of baking, food preparation, and cake decorating.
• A team player who leads by example and takes initiative.
• Someone who is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership.
