We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Deli Manager to join our team at SPAR Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the deli department, including food preparation, cooking, and serving

• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget targets

• Train, supervise, and motivate deli staff to provide excellent service and achieve performance goals

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Experience Required:

• Prior experience in a deli or food service management role

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

• Strong communication and organisational skills
