- Report vehicle or equipment concerns promptly
- Work independently while managing time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record and ability to pass pre‑employment screening
- Ability to lift and carry standard packages and large bulky products, including items ranging above 50 pounds
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and up to 10‑hour shifts
- Comfortable working independently with a team‑spirit attitude
- Ability to use mobile devices for route navigation and delivery documentation
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet performance and safety standard
