Delivery Associate (Full Time)
- Safely deliver 200+ packages to customers each day.
- Follow navigation to deliver packages along designated route.
- Use hand held device to obtain routing information and communicate effectively to customer and Bridgeway Logistics leadership, as needed.
- Safely operate and maintain company-owned vehicle during course of route.
- Load and unload packages for delivery.
- Problem solve and think critically to meet customer needs..
- Be professional and able to maintain high ethical standards.
- Have a positive, "let's get it done" attitude.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Work with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Work Hour: 10-hr shifts
Pay: $21.25 per hour
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- At least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid driver's license (No CDL required)
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- 3+ years of professional driving experience
- Able to work weekdays, a weekend day, evenings and holidays. A weekend day is a must.
- Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Able to squat, bend, climb stairs throughout a 10-hour work shift
- Able to safely and successfully deliver packages in challenging weather conditions. We deliver in all weather conditions.
