Delivery Assurance Manager

We are searching for a talented and experienced Delivery Assurance Manager to lead and enhance our hardware delivery processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and efficient hardware deliveries, meeting customer requirements, and optimizing supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvements, leverage industry best practices, and collaborate closely with various global teams to achieve excellence in delivery management. Experience with cINFN is a plus

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end hardware delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Identify and address potential bottlenecks or delays, implementing efficient solutions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for hardware delivery issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
• Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment of delivery processes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on delivery escalation status
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a delivery assurance or supply chain management role, with a focus on hardware delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cINFN processes and best practices is highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex tasks.
• Proven track record in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on efficient solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and relationship building.
• Proficiency in delivery assurance software and tools, as well as MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
