Responsibilities
- Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicle accessories and technology
- Provide customer with in-depth information on owner’s manual and warranty
- Demonstrate features of the vehicle and assist with set-up if necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Assist Sales Managers and Sales Associates as needed
