Job Description:

Eleven20Eight LLC is seeking skilled and dependable Delivery Driver/Installers to join our growing team. This position involves delivering and installing a variety of products with professionalism and care. From basic appliance drop-offs to advanced in-home installations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a box truck or delivery vehicle to transport items
• Load, unload, and install household appliances and merchandise
• Perform installations that may include electric and gas appliances, wall ovens, dishwashers (plug-in and hardwire), cooktops, mattresses, and furniture
• Handle products with care and complete white glove delivery as needed
• Assemble or install fitness equipment, furniture, or wall-mounted devices as required
• Follow manufacturer installation guidelines and safety protocols
• Communicate professionally with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain delivery records and ensure timely job completion
• Inspect items for damage and report any issues promptly

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required but a plus)
• Appliance installation experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
• Basic understanding of plumbing/electrical work for installs
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test
• DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
• Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours

Preferred Experience (Not All Required):

• Appliance installations: standard and advanced (cooktops, wall ovens, OTR microwaves)
• Fitness equipment: bikes, rowers, treadmills, wall mounts
• Furniture and bedding delivery (white glove service)
• TV delivery and wall-mounting
• General merchandise and IKEA product delivery
