Job Description
Product Delivery
- Safely deliver products (e.g., spa supplies, beauty products, TCM items) to clients and outlets on time.
- Verify delivery addresses, loading/unloading products with care, and ensuring delivery accuracy with supporting documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery orders).
- Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and fuel savings.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning delivery vehicle, performing daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure).
- Promptly report vehicle issues or delays to management.
Vehicle, Stocks & Warehouse Management
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of beauty, spa, and TCM products in the warehouse.
- Manage warehouse/outlet documentations, including stock records, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Conduct monthly stock-taking and report discrepancies to managemebnt.
- Good interpersonal communications between Outlets, HQ & Warehouse.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore driver’s license (3/3A) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in delivery driving preferably for the beauty, spa, or TCM industry.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Physically fit to lift, load, and unload products.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

产品配送（ProductDelivery）
- 安全、准时地将产品（如水疗用品、美容产品及中医产品）配送至客户及各门店。
- 核对送货地址，小心装卸货物，并确保送货数量及资料准确无误，同时完成相关文件（如发票、送货单等）。
- 规划及优化配送路线，以提高配送效率及节省燃油成本。
- 保持配送车辆整洁及良好运行状态，并每日进行车辆检查（包括燃油、机油及轮胎气压等）。
- 如车辆出现故障或配送延误，应及时向管理层汇报。
车辆、库存及仓库管理（Vehicle,Stocks & Warehouse Management）
- 负责库存管理、补货及货物整理，确保仓库运作有序。
- 确保仓库环境整洁、安全，并符合公司的营运标准。
- 监控库存数量，并与供应商协调，确保美容、水疗及中医产品及时补充至仓库。
- 管理仓库及门店相关文件，包括库存记录、发票及送货单等。
- 每月进行库存盘点，并向管理层汇报库存差异或异常情况。
- 与各门店、总部（HQ）及仓库保持良好的沟通与协调，确保工作顺畅进行。
任职要求（Requirements）
- 持有有效的新加坡驾驶执照，并拥有良好的驾驶记录。
- 具备配送司机相关工作经验；曾在美容、水疗（Spa）或中医（TCM）行业工作者优先考虑。
- 具备良好的时间管理能力及组织协调能力。
- 熟悉基本库存管理系统的操作。
- 身体健康，能够搬运、装卸货物。
- 具备良好的沟通能力及客户服务意识。
- 能够同时处理多项工作，并能灵活应对不断变化的工作安排和优先事项。
