You'll make multiple local deliveries throughout the day, build customer relationships, and help keep our store running smoothly. No two days are exactly alike!

What You'll Do

• Deliver auto parts to local customers on assigned routes with multiple stops throughout the day.
• Check orders for accuracy and make sure the right parts reach the right customers.
• Provide friendly, professional service at every stop.
• Handle customer payments for COD orders and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Pick up returns, cores, and other items from customer locations.
• Use NAPA Delivery Tracker when applicable to track deliveries.
• Keep your delivery vehicle clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Help unload shipments, stock shelves, answer phones, and support store operations between deliveries.
• Communicate delivery issues promptly to store management and help resolve customer concerns.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Ability to recognize part numbers and match orders accurately.
• Dependability, good communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member.
• Commitment to safe driving and proper handling of merchandise.

Automotive knowledge or delivery experience is a plus, but a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn go a long way!

An Active, Hands-On Job

You'll spend much of your shift driving, getting in and out of your vehicle, and handling parts and merchandise. The role requires regularly lifting 25 pounds and frequently lifting or moving items up to 60 pounds, using appropriate moving aids for heavy items. You'll also help with stocking and other store tasks as needed.
