Delivery Driver - Specialty Infusion Pharmacy

This Position:

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery tasks including loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, driving, pick-ups, and deliveries. Responsibilities Include:

• Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging and transportation of goods
• Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles. Stack or pile materials
• Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported
• Verify computations against physical count of stock
• Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)
• Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same
• May drive to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations or operate other machinery in order to complete tasks
• Makes deliveries to patient homes in a timely, safe and professional manner
• Makes pick-ups of equipment from patient’s home in a timely, safe and professional manner

Schedule:

• Full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm- 40 hours per week
• Must have your own properly registered/insured vehicle to make deliveries (we offer mileage reimbursement and hourly rate of pay- even when driving!)
• Must be able to drive up to 2 hours one direction to make deliveries as needed
• Must be able to assist in the warehouse picking supplies, packaging deliveries, inventory, trash/recycling removal, etc.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year on the job work experience making deliveries- prefer medical/pharmacy delivery experience
