As an A-Line Delivery Driver, you'll do more than deliver parts— you'll help build customer trust with every stop. You'll deliver orders, collect returns, verify merchandise against invoices, and support store operations when needed. Primary Job Functions
The primary job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Verifies product, loads and unloads product at the customer location, and available resources to do so safely, using equipment which may include forklifts, pallet jacks or hand trucks.
- Transport the products invoiced to the appropriate customer utilizing the dispatch and delivery tracking software device.
- Represent the company in a positive way, showing good customer relation skills
- Perform daily inspections which includes checking gasoline, oil, water, and tires and fills as required. Record and report any malfunctions of equipment on the Inspection Sheet which is reviewed by the Store Manager.
- Possess the ability to handle money from customers and be able to make change if necessary
- Maintain a satisfactory attendance record
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, work stations and shipping supply areas neat in the store, complying with all OSHA and company safety procedures, rules and regulations.
