Beckley Chevrolet is looking for a customer-focused Delivery Expert to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating an outstanding delivery experience for every customer at the time of purchase.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver all sold vehicles to customers at the time of purchase
• Set up OnStar in equipped vehicles
• Pair customers’ phones with Bluetooth and vehicle technology
• Review vehicle features, controls, and functions with customers
• Ensure each customer feels confident and comfortable with their new vehicle
• Assist customers with any after-sale questions or needs
• Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful experience from delivery forward
• Create taillight ownership video

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with vehicle technology and mobile device pairing
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to explain features clearly and patiently
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
