Delivery Lead, Compliance and Governance
You will oversee the Governance workstream of the Accelerate Program. You will plan and track delivery, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate alignment across teams, develop reporting for senior stakeholders, govern scope and change, ensure delivery quality, and contribute to project management capability improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Governance workstream of the Accelerate Program
- Plan, execute and track overall workstream progress
- Manage delivery, dependencies, risks, sequencing and team alignment
- Drive alignment across program and enterprise teams
- Define and implement workstream delivery packages
- Align workstream sequencing and integration with the overall program
- Lead the development of reporting material
- Report project status, risks and key performance indicators to senior stakeholders
- Oversee workstream change control and scope governance
- Ensure delivery artefacts meet program quality standards
- Champion delivery best practices and continuous improvement
- Lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders and maintain accountability
- Participate in the Project Management Community of Practice
Requirements
- Experience managing large or complex programs and projects across multiple delivery streams
- Exposure to corporate governance at board and management level
- Experience in hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- Interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills
- Experience leading and delivering transformation initiatives
- Skills in delivery management, risk management, reporting and change management
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
- Critical thinking and the ability to operate autonomously
- Experience preparing reports for senior leadership and governance forums
- Formal project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile PM
- Experience in matrix organisations or highly regulated environments
- Exposure to Agile, Lean and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in governance and reporting projects
