The lead will facilitate stakeholder engagement across business units, privacy, and risk teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. This is a new, largely stand-alone role as the organisation stands up a data practice, so self-direction is essential. The focus is primarily on data clean-up — what should be retained, archived or deleted, and who should have access.

  • Knowledge of security platforms like Microsoft Purview, Azure Security, or Netskope desirable
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations, risk management, and project methodologies
  • Ability to balance security needs with operational priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Tertiary degree in IT or other relevant discipline advantageous
  • Industry certifications, where applicable, may be beneficial
